An hour of Fundamental Movement Skills such as Throwing, Running and Jumping, through enjoyable games and activities that will give a great introduction to the wonderful world of Athletics.

The sessions are great for fitness, and the skills learned are very transferrable, so they will be very useful for any sporting activity the child gets involved with in the future.
